Tommy Trojan Game Day Tips
The USC Campus – Once again it's time to gather on campus hours before
kickoff and help direct Art Bartner’s Trojan Marching Band as
they play your Trojan spirit favorites. With USC being ranked No. 1 in the country, there should be an added air of excitement. Make sure you practice your victory "Fight On" finger signs and don't forget to march with the band to the Coliseum.
Trojan Bookstore – Do you have your Trojan/Idaho game day shirt? Head directly to the second floor, and you can find all you need to attire the family in cardinal and gold. May we suggest those new foam helmets that
will have the kids ready to play. For a cool $25, it will last
the season, and this is one item that could catch on.
Tailgate – You thought the season would never get here. Right?
The Trojan FanFest returns along Christmas Tree
Lane of the Coliseum peristyle end. There is a little
something for everybody and that includes games,
prizes, and plenty of kid interactives to get everybody fired up.
Wonder if they will have life size cutouts of Pete Carroll and John David Booty.
Trojan Walk – Want to get as good a look as you can
of the No. 1 team in the nation? Well, approximately two hours
before Saturday night's game (5:15), the Trojan team will arrive on Figueroa
Blvd. and walk through alumni and fan tailgaters to the
sounds of Fight On and Conquest. Get there early if you
want to get a close-up view of Heisman quarterback candidate John David Booty and those intimidating linebackers Rey Maualuga, Keith Rivers, and Brian Cushing.
