Randall Carroll (5-11, 195, 4.4) from Cathedral High in Los Angeles verbally committed to USC in September. Although he decided to make an extremely early commitment, it was not a rock solid commitment because he’s maintained since Sept. 14 he would visit other schools this summer, and take official visits.
